Full Terms and Conditions - Sirius Staff Incentives 

1. Promoter: Whirlpool UK Appliances Limited, Morley Way, Peterborough, PE2 9JB (“Promoter”). Administrator: 360insights (Europe) Ltd., Hamilton Pratt 3a Tournament Court, Tournament Fields, Warwick, England, CV34 6LG (“Administrator”).

2. The prize draw is open to all sales staff of The Solus Buying Company Ltd trading as the Sirius Buying Group member stores, in England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years or over. To participate, you must first register your details through the Hotpoint entry portal here - http://www.hotpointrewards.com/. To then enter the prize draw, you must:

a. Complete sales

i. When you sell a selected qualifying Hotpoint appliance, you will automatically become eligible to participate in our prize draw. Each sale entitles you to one entry, and all sales must be completed between 01/08/24 and 30/09/24 (“Period”)

and

b. Submit your entry

i. Once you have completed your sale for a selected qualifying appliance, you can visit the Hotpoint portal and submit your entry using the online submission form. Hotpoint reserves the right to audit entries made. Entries received after 30/10/24 will not be counted.

4. Selected appliances are any appliance which SKU is included in the product list included in the Schedule 1 to these terms and conditions (referred to as “Selected Appliance(s)):

5. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied to the Promoter by the entrant in the entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind which does allow the entrant to
register their appliance.

6. There are 2 prizes available, each consisting of a £2000 Inspire Travel voucher, to be won between 2 unique winners.

7. The winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 08/11/2024 ("Draw Date").

8. The winner will be contacted via email using the email address included in their entry. The selected winner will have 3 working days in which to confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner fails to respond within the fixed time period as specified, this may result in forfeiture of the Prize by that winner and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative
winner in accordance with the process described above.

9. Entries will not be returned and, subject to condition 15, only the winner will be notified that they have won the prize.

10. The Prizes will be delivered to the winners within 31 days of the closing date. Any Prize returned to sender due to inaccurate details supplied will be considered unwanted and the claim will be invalidated.

11. The Prize is as stated and is not transferable to another individual and no cash or othe alternatives will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time at its sole discretion.

12. The Promoter and the Administrator will absolve themselves from any liability arising from any tax or National Insurance Contributions arising from this prize. Recipients are directly responsible for accounting for and paying to their local tax offices any tax liability and NI contributions or other local taxation arising on their prize.

13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner and, if applicable a copy of their winning entry, to anyone who emails hotpointrewards@email-360insights.com within one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing hotpointrewards@email-360insights.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on
request.

14. By entering, you agree that the Promoter will act as Data Controller as defined in the Data Protection Legislation. The promoter agrees to comply with their obligations under the applicable law. In particular, the Promoter may disclose information to the Administrator fo the administration purposes, fulfillment of Rewards orders placed by you, communications regarding the Programme only for this prize draw. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Notice.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions or has been fraudulent or has acted contrary to the spirit of the prize draw. By entering this prize draw, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the terms of conditions made available on the website.

16. You understand that all information (including these Conditions) relating to this prize draw published on any promotional or advertising material or on our website at any time before or during the Promotional Period will form part of the terms and conditions of Entry.

17. The Promoter has the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

19. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to this prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

20. These terms and conditions and this prize draw are governed by English law. If any entrants to this prize draw wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England and Wales.
